Exercise is one of the greatest ‘medicines’ available to humankind. Its impact on health far exceeds even the most advanced therapeutics. For this reason we include fitness coaching and personal training services as an integral part of our complementary healthcare model.

The role of the Axon Movement Fitness Coach is to assist clients in their pursuit of adopting a healthier lifestyle. This includes routinely scheduled personal training sessions, fitness programming, health coaching, and tracking objective health data/statistics.

The primary duty of an Axon Movement Fitness Coach is to educate clients on the health-related implications of diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices.

Functional Training is beneficial for preventing injury, eliminating pain, and boosting athletic performance. It involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.
